1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using ShamrockPost, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Minimum age: You must be at least 16 years old to use this website. If you are under 16, you may use the site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

These Terms apply to all visitors, including those who read guides, use workshop checklists, and participate in community-oriented learning activities described on the site.

2. Service description

ShamrockPost is an educational and lifestyle-focused cycling platform. We provide written guides and structured learning resources about cycling basics, bicycle maintenance and care, safe riding habits, equipment understanding, and outdoor route inspiration. Content is intended to be practical and beginner-friendly, reflecting workshop-style thinking and a calm approach to skill-building.

The site is not a substitute for professional mechanical advice, safety training, or manufacturer instructions. Bicycle systems vary by model and component standard. Some maintenance actions carry safety risk if performed incorrectly, including but not limited to brake adjustments, steering components, wheel installation, and torque-sensitive fasteners.

We may update, improve, or remove content at any time, and we may add new learning modules. We do not guarantee that any particular guide will remain available, that the site will be error-free, or that content will be suitable for every bicycle configuration.

3. User obligations

You agree to use ShamrockPost lawfully and responsibly. When applying any guidance from the site, you are responsible for assessing your own competence, the condition of your bicycle, and the appropriateness of the suggested steps for your specific components and riding environment.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by interfering with site operation, attempting to bypass security, or engaging in behaviour that harms other users. If the site offers sign-up or participation features in the future, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your details up to date, and maintain the security of any credentials.

If you submit any information through a contact or interest form on the site, you agree not to include sensitive personal data. Please share only what is necessary to address your enquiry. For how contact data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
